Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email or SMS once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.


Damages
The Mall of Perfume is liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods. To file a claim, take a clear photo of the damaged item and the box it came in.


Incorrect Shipping Address
We are not responsible for orders that are undelivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. A re-shipping fee will apply if the package is returned to us and needs to be sent again.
